Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
YourATM Services ("YourATM," "we," "us") places, processes, and loads cash in ATMs for businesses and events in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through www.youratm.com (the "site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a request through a form on our site, such as the request forms on our Contact, Free ATM Placement, ATM Processing, and Event ATMs pages, we collect your name, phone number, email address, business name, city and state, and your message. Your message may include details about your business, your ATM, or your event. If you call us, email us, or chat with us through the chat window on our site, we keep what you share with us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and our website host, Wix, automatically collect some technical information when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that sent you to us, and the date and time of your visit. If we use analytics or advertising tools (see "Analytics and advertising" below), those tools may also collect this kind of information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
We do not ask for and do not want card numbers, bank account numbers, or PINs through our site. Please don't send them through our forms or chat.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
-
respond to your request, call you back, and schedule site surveys or event setups;
-
provide and support our ATM services;
-
run, secure, and improve the site and understand how visitors use it;
-
send you emails or other marketing about our services;
-
measure how the site and our ads perform, and show you ads for our services on other sites and apps;
-
keep records of our business communications;
-
comply with the law and protect our rights and the safety of others.
If you send us a form, we may add you to our marketing or email list. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us (see "Contact us" below).
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. As explained below, we may use advertising tools that let companies such as Google and Meta collect information about your visit to help us show and measure ads. Under some privacy laws, this may count as targeted advertising or a "sale" or "sharing" of data. You can opt out as described in "Analytics and advertising" and "Your choices and rights."
We share information only:
-
with service providers who help us run our business and the site, such as Wix, which hosts our site, forms, and chat, and email and phone service providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us;
-
with analytics and advertising partners, such as Google and Meta, when we use their tools on our site (see below);
-
when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others;
-
in a business transfer, if YourATM is involved in a merger, sale, or similar change, as part of that transaction.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your settings, keep the site secure, and measure traffic. Some are set by Wix. Others may be set by the analytics and advertising tools described below. Where available, you can manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner or your browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site, such as forms or chat, may not work properly without them.
Analytics and advertising
We may use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. They help us understand how people use the site, measure our ads, and show ads for our services to people who have visited our site. These tools may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your IP address. Google and Meta handle that information under their own privacy policies.
You can limit or opt out of this tracking:
-
Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
-
Google ads: change your settings at My Ad Center, and see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
-
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads: change your Meta ad preferences.
-
Industry opt-outs: visit the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
-
Your browser: block third-party cookies, clear cookies, or turn on a privacy feature such as Global Privacy Control where your browser supports it.
How long we keep information
We keep request and contact information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and keep reasonable business records, and as required by law. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
How we protect information
Our site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we use the security features our hosting and service providers provide. We limit access to people who need it to do their jobs. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
-
tell you what personal information we have about you;
-
correct information that's wrong;
-
delete your information;
-
stop contacting you or sending you marketing emails;
-
opt out of targeted advertising.
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act may give you more rights. These can include the right to get a copy of your data and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of data, or profiling. Where such a law applies to us, we will honor those rights. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we'll explain the outcome.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites, such as social media. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we may also post a notice on the site.
