Free ATM placement for businesses in Virginia and the Carolinas

YourATM Services places ATMs at businesses in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina at no cost for the machine. We survey your location, install the ATM, load the cash, and cover processing, maintenance, and repairs. You provide the space, a standard outlet, an Ethernet connection near the spot (or we can use cellular), and access for cash loads, and you earn a share of the surcharge. We're a family-run company. Call (704) 651-1279 or request a free placement below.

Who qualifies for a free ATM placement?

We place ATMs at businesses where customers need cash on the spot. In Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, that includes:

  • Convenience stores. Cash for small purchases under a card minimum and for shift-change traffic.

  • Bars. Night and weekend cash for tabs, tips, cover charges, and card minimums.

  • Licensed dispensaries in Virginia. State-licensed retailers only.

  • Smoke shops, vape shops, and hemp and CBD stores. Cash-heavy retail across all three states.

  • Trading card game shops. Busy weekends, tournament nights, and cash for singles.

  • Industrial and manufacturing plants. Cash access for employees at shift change. We plan the access window and security for cash loads with you.

  • Other commercial locations in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

No two locations earn the same. Foot traffic, how often your customers pay cash, and where the machine sits all matter. That's why every placement starts with a site survey.

Airports and events work differently. Airport ATMs need approval from the airport authority or concessions office and a separate site agreement, so call us to talk it through. Running a fair, festival, or convention? See event ATMs.

What we cover on a free placement

You pay $0 for the machine. YourATM Services owns the ATM, and we:

  • Survey your location with you and pick the spot.

  • Install the ATM.

  • Load the vault cash, the money inside the ATM that customers withdraw. It's our cash, not yours.

  • Cover processing, so you don't need a merchant account.

  • Handle maintenance and repairs.

What your business provides

  • The space for the machine, ideally inside and in view of your counter or staff.

  • A standard outlet near that spot.

  • An Ethernet connection near the spot (or we can use cellular). Most of our ATMs connect by Ethernet.

  • Access for cash loads. We work out load times with you so they fit how your business runs.

A good spot is well lit, has a clear approach, and leaves enough room for a customer in a wheelchair to reach the machine. We'll look at all of this with you during the survey.

How the surcharge share works

The surcharge is the fee a cardholder agrees to pay when they take cash out of the ATM. Your business earns a share of it. We don't publish the split. We go over your share, and how it's paid, on the call after we learn about your location.

What a machine earns depends on the location. We'll tell you plainly what we see when we survey it, and we don't promise a number.

Already own an ATM? Upgrade it to Tap Pay

If your business already owns its ATM, we usually keep it in place and upgrade it to Tap Pay, so it accepts tap-to-pay (NFC) cards and phones. Most ATM models qualify. The upgrade comes at no extra charge when we handle your processing, even if you keep loading your own cash. If your machine is outdated, we'll talk about replacing it.

Use the same request form below, and put your ATM's make and model in the message box.

How a free placement works

  1. Request or call. Send the form below or call (704) 651-1279. Tell us your business, city, and state.

  2. Talk it through. We ask about your business and go over how the surcharge share works.

  3. Site survey. We survey your location with you and agree on where the ATM goes.

  4. Install and load. We install the ATM and load the cash.

  5. We keep it running. Cash loads, processing, maintenance, and repairs stay with us.

Where we work

We place ATMs in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina only. YourATM Services is a family-run Independent ATM Deployer, which means we own and operate our own ATMs. We're not a bank or a payment processor. Founder Tony Morales runs the company from Indian Trail, North Carolina.

Questions owners ask about free ATM placement

Does the business pay for the ATM?

No. On a free placement, you pay $0 for the machine. We own the ATM, install it, load the cash, and cover processing, maintenance, and repairs. Your part is the space, a standard outlet, an Ethernet connection near the spot (or we can use cellular), and access for cash loads. Every placement starts with a site survey, so we can confirm the spot works before anything is installed. Call (704) 651-1279 to set one up.

Who puts the cash in the machine?

We do. YourATM supplies and loads the vault cash, the money inside the ATM that customers withdraw. It's our cash, not yours, so you never front money or handle the machine's cash. You give us access to the ATM for cash loads, and we work out load times with you so they fit how your business runs. If the machine needs service or repairs, that's on us too.

How does the store get paid?

Your business earns a share of the surcharge, the fee a cardholder agrees to pay when they take cash out of the ATM. We don't publish the split. We go over your share, and how it's paid, on the call after we learn about your location. What a machine earns depends on the location: foot traffic, how often your customers use cash, and where the ATM sits all matter. We don't promise a number.

What do you need on site to install?

Four things: the space, a standard outlet, an Ethernet connection near the spot (or we can use cellular), and access for cash loads. A good spot is inside, in view of your counter or staff, well lit, with a clear approach and enough room for a customer in a wheelchair to reach the machine. When we survey your location, we agree with you on where the ATM goes, and we handle the install.

Can you replace an ATM we already have?

Yes, if your location qualifies and you're free to switch. If another company's ATM is on site, that company usually removes it when its contract ends. If it doesn't, we can take over the location. If you own your ATM, we usually keep it in place and can upgrade it to Tap Pay, with no extra charge when we handle your processing. If it's outdated, we'll talk about replacing it. Want to keep your machine? See processing and cash loading for an ATM you own. Call (704) 651-1279.

Do you upgrade an owned machine to tap-to-pay?

Yes. If you already own your ATM, we can upgrade it to Tap Pay, so it accepts tap-to-pay (NFC) cards and phones. Most ATM models qualify. The upgrade comes at no extra charge when we handle your processing, even if you keep loading your own cash. Use the same request form as a free placement and put your ATM's make and model in the message box. Prefer to talk first? Call (704) 651-1279.

Do you place ATMs in convenience stores, smoke shops, bars, and card shops?

Yes. We place ATMs in convenience stores, smoke shops, vape shops, and hemp and CBD stores across Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and in bars and trading card game shops too. We also place them in industrial and manufacturing plants, other commercial locations, and licensed dispensaries in Virginia. Every placement starts with a site survey, where we pick the right spot with you. We look at foot traffic, cash use, power, and access before we place a machine.
